The trailer looks promising and the next TGS should provide more infos and details about this game and its gameplay.

Looks like Shenmue on modern city. Hopefully, we'll get more action and a better battle system. It also kinda reminds me of Frame City Killer.

This game got like $20+ million development budget. Seriously I don't know what Sega is thinking.

Maybe "If we make a really good game and invest a lot of resources into it maybe a lot of people will buy it, thus making a profit for us."?

Maybe they expect to sell 5 million copies worldwide.....
