Recommendations for PS2 Co-op games

Looking for games to play with my almost-8-yo son. He likes shooting games (eg. we're currently enjoying Rainbow6 Lockdown, which isn't particularly violent and there's no blood). Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

Timesplitter's has an awsome co-op mode

X-Men Legends 1 & 2 are great. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is coming soon too, which is the same type of game but with lots more characters to pick from

Although I have to say, the first Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance is still the most PS2 co-op fun I've had yet.

Quite honestly,
the lego star wars game is really fun to play.
I suggest picking that up.
