If it's a "pro" AD102 (Titan) then perhaps it's downclocked? It would have to fit into ODM specifications provided by companies such as Dell, I suppose.

However I don't remember exactly what they were comparing here either. I think it was maybe the RTX 3080 against the 2080 or 2080 Super?

Or if nvidia have improved relative RT performance, it's slower in rasterization and isn't GA102 based which in turn would be
