Mountian dew game starts in 14 days

I'm switching to Mountain Dew for the next month or so. I usually drink 1-2 sodas a day at work and already have a few bottle caps with codes ready to go. On the bottle it says "Play it before you can buy it." When will winners receive their consoles? Has it been mentioned whether they get the Core or Premium system?

I was at the site...and it reset to -1 day and somewhat minutes and hours....when does the contest actualy start?.....on the little writing, they make it seem like it starts on the 31st of August....and it also states that the limit is 500 per household (codes)..I wonder how this will all work...

The contest starts today (Sunday, Aug. 28), but the raffle don't till monday (as the countdown suggest). It'd be pointless to enter code(s) for Sunday if there's no drawing on that date.

Looks like they are giving away the premium bundle since they mention the system is backward compatible. Winners will receive the system the Saturday before launch. You have a choice of Madden 06 and Need for Speed: MW.

So if I'm understanding the way this game works, if everyone enters their codes now the first drawing will have a very large pool of codes making the chances of winning much harder. I'll start putting in my codes after it starts since they will go toward another drawing.
