Is it true that each controller lets you do a special fatality with that certain charecter you would be unable to do with the controller? I heard this from a friend of a friend kinda and i was wondering if Its true. theoretically it could be possibly, but what do u think.

P.S. Nuby controllers are cool I picked up streetfighter one with the hologram

Indeed. Please excise the surplus exclamation points, as it tends to sour people to the content of the post before anything is even said.

The concept is--I imagine--possible, but I imagine an arrangement would have had to be set up a while ago so that it could be specially coded in. Meanwhile, the only thing fatality-related I can find in connection to those controllers is the artwork they're going to use on them.
