GTA? Halo?

The US are virtually already won for the X360, now.
 
Would take a lot of money to make it exclusive. Why would Take Two just forego the opportunity to sell to an installed base of millions? Again, MS would have to ply them with a lot of cash.

No? They could end up doing the same thing as they did with FarCry and FarCry Instincts.


GTAIV.... I wonder if that means if they'd be adding cities or modifying the cities (building destruction, new buildings and stuff like that) besides new missions? I'm interested.
 
I am really glad that I bought 360... But there are way many games than I have time to play for holiday season :D

Btw, is there any price announcement for HD-DVD?

NOT EXCLUSIVE.

That is confirmed.


It will be out on the 360 first since it will be the only console out when the game launches, but there is no exclusivity deal. PS3 version will certainly come when the PS3 launches.

There is 360 exclusive DLC content though, as was mentioned earlier.
 
PS3 vs Xbox360 is becoming more like Japan vs US lol
GTAIV announcement is likely the biggest shocker so far

This is soooooo true!

how in the world am I supposed to play GTA, Too Human, Gears of War, Viva Pinata, Dead Rising, Lost Planet, Crackdown, Saint's Row, Rainbow Six, etc...

Too many games, I think they should space them out some...

I imagine it would take alot of cash! :D

I've been wondering since the X360 was announced if it'd be more economical for them to just buy Take Two (or even better.. EA Sports) exclusivity than it is to just lose 4B dollars.

Then again, since I've never been able to determine how much profit Take Two made off of GTA (for PS) or EA off of EA Sports (for PS2), it's kinda hard to tell much money MS would have to pay for the exclusivity to 'make up' the difference.

game launches Oct 2007

all systems will be out, but evidently it is a timed exclusive? and yes the episodic content isexclusive

All consoles are launched by then. But I agree it's going to be timed exclusive, but it's still a big announcement

Who woulda expect GTAIV to come out so soon...unless GTAIV is actually launch title for PS3, GTAIV is "exclusive" for Xbox360 for a while at least...which is tremendous boost
