There's a particularly interesting/exciting reference in there for early fans of the series You'll also hear just the beginning of the vocals in the theme song (perhaps?) kick in at the end..

Sounds like a very exciting scenario, and I only read the "audio trailer".
The setting sure is a lot better and deeper than most of todays games, which are either just your basic terrorists or alien threats.

The "you can't hide" that was the teaser line starts to make sense and actually an integral part of the gameplay and plot.

Anyway, I'm not sure if we've anyone here picky enough about spoilers for a trailer that's going to be shown in a couple of days..(or do we?). It'd be hard for anyone to avoid that in a few days.

The overall arc of the MGS saga is still a bit unclear to me, but that is mildly interesting notion.

edit - wow, it sounds pretty intense, lots of gunfire, people screaming, shouting..with Snake doing a voiceover, explaining something no doubt Awesome music too, quite sad..
