Review scores so far = 9/10 (PLAY), 5.5/10 (EGM), 7/10, 6/10 (GamerTV), 8/10 (PSW)

Just to expand on that Gamer TV 3/5 score.

They said it could've been a great game but the missions all felt the same. In fact they commented that it was pretty much like any other air combat game. Make of that what you will.

BTW, they didnt complain about the motion sensing controls at all - in fact they said it felt intuitive.

Finally, to the best of my recollection, they said some of the "lighting effects" were over-used.

OMG..those screens..the lighting and textures hav captured my heart.
and whats wrong with u EGM? u gave this game a 5.5?

From what I know they reviewed an old build. Release date was postponed and they continued to improve the game (Still are?). Anyhow I think this is not a "Must have" but from a technology point of view I want to see it in action. Looks fantastic if you ask me. And the new shots almost floored me =)

really? so it's not Sep 4th no more? i mean hell yeah i c the game is improved from the screenshots but the delay is killing it.

Eggebrecht seems to imply though that the delays are due to the ratings issues they are experiencing in the US, what with falling pieces of animals shot out of the sky are considered blood and gore. So I guess a Wii cooking game better not have a section on preparing meat ;).

Maybe we can see if this is true if the European version, which was due a little after the US version, will now be released at the same time or before.

Its released in October over here (Sweden). But when did EGM review the game, that was before Factor went gold, right? Must have been in the early of July.
