Kinect 2.0 vs PS4 Cam: Functionality wise has Kinect proving to be worth $90 more?

I know that the technology used in the Kinect 2,0 hardware cost more to make & that's the reason for the price difference. But what about the end results being used for gaming? Has Kinect 2.0 been shown to function a lot better than the PlayStation 4 Camera in any games showing that it's worth around $100 more right now?

It's not a straight up comparison.

Kinect has an IR blaster which allows the One to control your entire entertainment system.

Kinect also has an IR camera so should have a tracking advantage in low light situations*.



* I've not seen any low light comparisons so don't know how much of an effect it will have.

In terms of games? Probably not.
