diarrhea_splatter, given the facial characteristics of the individual's picture you posted, I would hazzard a guess that the person you included has Down's Syndrome.
I hope you are not suggesting that Down's Syndrome is a result of incest. It is a well known fact it is not. A Down's Syndrome child can be the result of any pregnancy and the risk of having such a child usually increases with the age of the parent's.
My best friend's brother was a Down's Syndrome child so I grew up knowing their problems and capabilities. Incidently, my best friend's brother was older than we were so that just points out the randomness of the occurance of Down's Syndrome children.
Also, my childhood best friend's father was a well known, internationaly recognized photographer and for a time was even an Ambassador for the United States. His mother was a High School teacher who was well liked by her students.
Given those facts, I'd strongly agree with Sage and say that each individual has a place in our society no matter what their genetic makeup.
At least that's the way I see it.
