I don't like it. Kill it with fire.Sharpening filter
Can somebody explain to me how "sharpening" would create random black pixels like that? Doesn't make any sense to me. Almost seems like maybe it's not sharpening, but some other issue, like bad alpha blending.
I think it has odd result in some cases.
If I'm being honest, I think I miss your sales analysis mostI'm having to make a Xbox One resolution database post part 2 because Part 1 hit the 10,000 character limit.
Part 1 here: https://forum.beyond3d.com/threads/...ad-the-first-post.44653/page-101#post-1251571
Part 2 starts ~April 2016 with Quantum Break.
720P
Quantum Break. Remedy statement: “Quantum Break’s 1080p output is a temporal reconstruction from four previous 720p 4xMSAA frames,” https://www.vg247.com/2016/03/22/quantum-break-dev-responds-to-fan-uproar-over-720p-resolution/
Is there an actual list somewhere? I liked the old list of all the PS3/360 resolutions, but as far as I was aware, this was just a discussion of people figuring those things out game by game. I haven't seen another list anywhere.
oh weird for some reason if I just click on it, it just goes to a different post in this thread, but if I right click and open in incognito, it goes to the list. Not sure what's going on there.Umm, yeah it's in my sig? At least the one I'm trying to keep.
I tried to source everything since a certain date with a link but before then just trust they all are valid (or just google game name+1080P/720P etc would do it)
As I just mentioned, the 1st post wouldn't let me edit it anymore because it hit 10,000 characters apparently, so I just started a "part 2".
Oh and it's just for Xbox One cus that's what I'm interested in and where most of the res shenanigans go down. I was keeping track of a small list of sub-1080 stuff on PS4 as well, but I cant remember if I've been keeping it up to date.
Even looking at the hands and coach between them.. It's way too clean overall. It's most probably a pre-rendered cutscene.
