I think it is a question of the PSU you use (brand/model) because the cheap/generic types are very problematic and do you a disservice (while being cheap, they don't provide you enough power). Do you happen to know how many amps you are getting on your 5V rail? (This information should be available on the PSU).. you should also try to get an app like Motherboard Monitor to check the voltages (if you are not getting enough voltage at the required levels, problems can manifest)
