The textures on the ground during the initial "Dutch" level in that park were atrocious.
Haven't gotten that far, but I've noticed during Buck and Rookie parts at the beginning of the game that the filtering is better than Halo 3 at least.
Although FWIW, they do seem to have control over the filtering quality. One of the cut-scenes I saw during the E3 demo showed better filtering than when the scene switched immediately to the gameplay.
