Is this the point where we should remind console gamers how their 2nd hand sales are at least as big loss to publishers as piracy is?

Any possible information out there is only speculation and rumor. When and IF Rockstar decide to announce it for PC will be the only real evidence of a PC version.

Maybe they will announce a PS4/XB1/PC GOTY version at or around E3.

Perhaps they are redoing some of the graphics, maybe adding a little more content. If its a decent more than an uprezzed version with sharper textures and further draw distance it might have an insane next gen attach rate.

Maybe waiting for christmas when install base is bigger.

That would be an incredibly stupid decision; But then again there does seem to be a lot of stupid people who think 1 torrent download = 1 lost sale.

Maybe they're doing a Mantle version to compensate for the massive draw calls required for their worlds.

This is fantastic news, so glad I held off buying for the PS3. I thought it looked very nice on the Sony conference.

Yes! So glad I waited, along with so many. This will be one of those rare titles I pay full price on day one.

Might have to invest in a new GPU sooner than later. With 3 screens now my 7870 is struggling with some titles.

Really wish a big Maxwell would come out before this. My GTX670 may be fine, but 2GB is starting to become a problem in modern games.

I wonder if the 3dvision support will be any good too. GTA4 wasn't great so I don't hold much hope there.
