Maybe a new Splinter Cell will be announced at E3 this year.

 

There is a modification for Wildlands where it is played in the first perspective. There are small errors but in my opinion it plays very well. Much better than GTA V or RDR2. Fighting, flying helicopters, riding motorbikes etc. are even more fun. The Ghost Recon series should generally switch to the first perspective. That's also how it started originally.
