I don't think it's possible for Nintendo to develop a realistic simulation of anything, so i agree that's it's most-likely fake.

Wasn't this 'screenshot' alluded to during Nintendo's E3 conference when Miyamoto and that woman whose name wasn't important enough for me to remember were playing Nintendogs on multiplayer mode? You never really saw what they were blushing about, but you could only imagine what happened...

No really. It’s just photoshopped. I got the idea from the Hot Coffee mod (obviously) and the theory that programmers will leave some unused code in the unconfirmed “Nintendogs: Holiday Editionâ€￾. You can guess the rest.
