True, but don't think that gives to time to indulge in evil pastimes the Gaming Gods will only spare the righteous

What does the Gaming Gods have to say about a man who has kept a Nintendo NES in his closet since the 1980s and refuses to get rid of it...?

Should I be worried?

Weve told you often enough you need to come out of the closet.
but the nes over time has gone from bastion of evil to "aww look likkle nintendo isnt that so cute"

I wasn't aware the NES has ever, at any point, been a bastion of evil... PC gaming at the time of the NES was an utter joke to be quite honest, so I think the Gaming Gods should have no reasonable reasons to curse my soul actually.

Oddly enough, just a couple of days after I commented on this thread, the hard disk on one of our work PCs began to fail. As it was a WD disk, I attempted to use the Acronis True Image WD version to clone it but without any success as it failed due to the errors on the disk.

A quick search around and, sure enough, a good old-fashioned Linux option came to my rescue:

Cloned the disc, fixing many of the errors and all seems to be working fine at the moment. I may need to do a Windows repair install or reinstall some apps if anything any of the corrupted files are important ones but, otherwise, things seem to be pretty much OK.

Very useful software which I will keep just in case I need it again. Here is a helpful tutorial which meant I avoided needing to wade through the command line too much:

This is mega Davros!
Someone should make a movie based around your visions!
"As global warming increases, one man foresees an apocalyptic flood and
begins building an enormous** ark upon which he puts 3 copies (for redundancy)
of every game ever made.

**The ark is so large it only just fits in his 3x2m garden shed.

Not another one!

At this pace soon this will become another Star Wars trilogy with 9 episodes!! :devilish:

Still, someone should produce it, even if only as short YT movie for laughs!

George Clooney should play me because of our striking visual simularity
Can't see it myself:
