Dual shock 3 hass arrived in europe (Sweden) so it's time for you that haven't ordered from Japan to get yours.

Got mine in store yesterday, and I have seen them listed for 2/7 in a webstore.

Yikes that rough. I've had my DS3 for ages. Europeans really get shafted when it comes to this stuff.

Also just announced that DS3 will be available here in the UK from July 2nd. Not too happy about the £40 price tag though.

You could have a look in stores becouse chanses are that they are being sold allready.
And I' would have prefered £40 compared to the equivalent to £55 I paid in sweden.

I can buy a sixaxis for 35 euro. While the DS3 is going to cost me 70 euro. Rumble isn't worth that much to me. Sony did say they wanted the PS3 to make a profit this year. Europe to the rescue.

I imported the DS3 a long time ago for 60 euro ... I think the price difference will stay this big until they decide that they don't need the original sixaxis anymore or have stopped producing them and most stores are out of stock.

I received my DS3 before the new year in the UK, imported from Japan, for £25-30. 6+ months down the line and I can't believe they're only just being released over here, and for the usual price hike. I need to pinch myself occasionally because to me this really is last year's news - I forget that pretty much everybody in Europe has been DS3-free all this time
