This was a far greater loss than Michael Jackson.

The world has lost a great man :frown:

For those that are unaware, Billy Mays had a unique and profound talent rarely seen. With him you knew there was always hope. Whatever the scum in your life, he had a product to wipe it all away in one easy step. Kaboom, and the grime was gone! No matter how shattered the relationship, Billy Mays knew what to do. Just take some Mighty Putty, knead, and repair anything instantly! But that's not all! Everything Billy Mays offered had dozens of functions and endless possibilities.

More than that, his generosity was without equal. Not only could he solve any problem for 4 easy payments of $19.99, he always found a way to fix a second problem free, and often even a third! Life couldn't be easier! He even kindly reminded you to call him right then and there, because he knew how entrancing his eloquent dialogue was. His only concern was how he could make the lives of others better.

Truly, Billy Mays was a touchstone for the hopes and dreams of a generation. When he commanded your attention, you knew he proclaimed the truth. His words pierced through the dullness and din of our lives. His seemingly irrational exuberance left an indelible mark on all of us. A mark that not even Oxyclean can remove. He was the profit ... ahem ... prophet of the modern age.

Now, we can only be consoled by the fact that, for a brief time, Billy Mays was here.
