We normalised this podcast by the way, but to -3db ... 0 caused issues with mp3 encoding. One problem is that I have a standing mike and sometimes move away. A headset might actually be better (Max uses a regular wired headset).
You were already doing great on the levels. Don't obsess over it too much

Max also mentioned I missed a few edits, unfortunately. Will do better next time (already spent a full hour editing this one, another reason why it needs to be shorter
).
So you already listened to the show yourself. Good. That's important if you want to progress.
The show had very interesting content, but you're still mostly just talking, and not so much making a show, i.e. convey your message to the listener effectively and efficiently.
The thing is you sometimes stick to one statement for a long, long time and end up repeating things you've already said. E.g. you spent several minutes to say that the Natal camera uses an infrared sensor to detect body heat at some point near the end. I thought about transcribing the section but I'm too lazy
When you're stuck in those loops, the easiest fix is to have another person move you along, as it can be hard to break away yourself, but having only two people reduces the chances of that happening naturally of course. I suggest that you try to assist each other with the pace, that you both try to keep the show moving, be ready to accelerate your partner when you see a problem with the pace, and also allow it to happen to yourself.
Four people really is the optimum setup.
Anyway, well done you two.
Good luck for the next round.
