Our central content hub gamescom now already celebrated its premiere last year. With this year's digital concept, we have significantly expanded gamescom now.

It will be your central hub for all world premieres, news, games and events. All of gamescom's own shows, such as gamescom: Opening Night Live can be seen here.

You will also find all schedules as well as live streams, events and information from our Official Partners on gamscom now. With areas such as Cosplay, Indies, retro gaming or merchandise, the games world is presented in all its diversity on the central portal. This way you're guaranteed to catch every highlight!

Yeah, I don't get it either based on the schedule they put out. I'd think their countdown would be to their initial "Opening Night Live" Pre-Show at 1:30 PM EST.

I wish we just did away with time zones. Imagine, we all run on GMT around the world. So what if the US starts working at 2pm, and what if Japan starts working at 6pm, at least it's 2pm and 6pm everywhere?? Also nothing would change for me, so I'd say that's a huge plus. LB for Prez 2024.

I've been saying that for a long time now and surprisingly quite a few coworkers agree as well. It always comes up when troubleshooting systems and data when some software package has not a clue about timezones or timezone offsets and is inevitably broken because our company has users in different areas and different server centers.

Why? Farmers don't follow normal time schedules anyways.

Oh yes, Indeed. Just a single timezone regardless of the position of the sun.

Farmers won't be bothered by it anyways since they work before the sun rises until after the sun sets, either using GPS guided tools or working before and after the animals are active. Besides, they have a website just for themselves to cope if needed, its called FarmersOnly.

Everyone else, yes. Don't mess up my routine. In the end we would all be synchronised in terms of numbers, the only difference is that in NYC, dinner time is at midnight.
And drink time is, well, any time really so that doesn't change.
