I'd go for the 350Z if it had four doors.
Get the Infiniti G40 then, it IS a 350Z with four doors. :)

G40? I think you mean G35 and I love it...AWD, 280 bhp (auto) BUT! no folding seats and I need to be able to carry these big sensor thingies. I will see if they fit in the back seat!

G35 sedan

Yeah, G35...that's it.

I wanted it for the backseat, but I still don't regret the Z one iota....it just feels too fun/badassed/magical every single time I drive it. :)

they make a Coupe version of the G35 as well...

I'd get one if I could afford it and I liked the infinity emblem but, I really prefer the M-B emblem. i just don't like it integrated into the grill like on the hatchbacks, I want a sedan where it sticks up...

G35 is a nice car, not that it has the power but it has the looks and the handling. Just wait until they finally release the Skyline GTR over here instead of the regular Skyline, that will be a beauty to behold.

Bullzeye, baby! AIM for the road! Now if there was a rocket launcher in the accessories catalogue... ;)

298 bhp (6-manual) isn't too shabby for a car that comfortably seats 4-5 people...

Okay the TL just suffered a horrific blow.
I requested a brochure and it came yesterday. My wife browsed it and then asked..."what is this, a Saturn? it looks like a saturn..."

Which was the TL again?

How's she like the G35? Whoever said it don't got much power is higher than me, the sucker will toast Corvettes!

Acura TL. A lot like the G35 feature wise but a bit less powerful and apparently quite a bit uglier. The wife thinks the G35 is a looker.

The interior of the G35 is considerably behind the TL, though.

I haven't seen them, but I can believe it.

The Z is a very comfortable car, but "luxurious interior" isn't the term I'd use for it....more like a highly functional and user friendly black/chrome cockpit.

I'm going to drive these and see which can accomodate the products I often have to transport:

Infiniti G35 AWD
Acura TL
300C AWD

On paper the 300C has the lead owing to the folding seats. I think the G35 coupe has folding seats, but I'm pretty adamant about 4 doors...I'll check the coupe out though. Too bad about what Russ says about the interior...

Personally I like the look of the TL better than the G35 sedan. The G35 coupe is hard to beat in the looks department. It's fast, but it won't toast a Corvette.

if you want fast then just get a damned Elise, duh!

mize fyi... the altima feels a lot better and is WAY larger than an acura TL...

if you are looking for comfort, convenience, oomph and like a large backseat, consider the altima or the g35 over the acura TL...

the acura TL handles a little better, because it sits lower to the ground, and has some nice extras inside the cockpit... but the HP advantage over the altima does not translate into a faster vehicle...

I have a fully loaded Altima SE 3.5, the acura is supposed to have more HP but believe me when I say this... pedal to the metal, the acura is outperformed easily... because it is smaller/lower, it does handle a touch better though the SE-R version of the altima has a much stiffer suspension...

wrt road noise... the acura is a little quieter... there is still road noise though... the RL version has a noise-cancellation tech built-into its sound system (leave it to bose to come up with this) which renders teh cabin almost silent :D

drive both and then decide...

I woulda gotten the acura but the altima was simpler larger in every regard and faster... and ultimately that was the decider...

plus it has fold-down seats @ the back (or at least mine does)

kicks ass whenever you floor it and the limited slip differential light comes on :D makes me feel safe n stuff...
