We'll have to wait and see. The SiS board is a preproduction model, compared to production boards.
Johan over at Aces says he has seen this before: SiS looks great until the actual product lands.
What is fishy in particular is that the bandwidth tests score higher on the SiS board. With the integrated memory controller, the same cpus runne at the same speed should score exactly the same. Could indicate a slight overclock.
