That's old news. There are more and bigger licencees than them

AFAIK it uses an ARM925 CPU @ ~100 MHz, coupled with a DSP-Co-Processor, mainly for audio processing. Might be one of the current TI OMAPs, which would offer basic 2d hardware acceleration, but no 3d core (unlike future OMAPs with MBX).

SPOT xde Player handles .3gp files. It's freeware.

Though it didn't handle that file so here's Nokias media player:

Converts 3gp to AVI - it does its job well.
