How so?It seems 864p is too much for pssr and 30fps mode is still the way to play in AW2 on pro.

It's going to be patched I think. This is really the beginning. Developers must get used to the new feature set of PS5 Pro.It seems 864p is too much for pssr and 30fps mode is still the way to play in AW2 on pro.

Yes, but I don't have 17 minutes to watch it. Plus I might not see what you're seeing, so explaining where you feel PSSR fails would help me understand the point if I do get chance to watch.Snyma posted link to aw2 comparison
It's too much for any upscaler. The minimum acceptable input resolution for the upscaler should always be 1080p. That's when it starts to look acceptable. It seems 864p is too much for pssr and 30fps mode is still the way to play in AW2 on pro.
Not as bad as the margins on the DualSense edge. For me, it's by far the most overpriced device Sony has released this generation but I digress.Something that I skimmed in the review before it got privated, is the power consumption. It's pretty much the same as the slim model. The margins on this thing, disgusting.
I can accept margins on a pro controller. But a console? Not buying it.Not as bad as the margins on the DualSense edge. For me, it's by far the most overpriced device Sony has released this generation but I digress.
PS5 codes were expected to use 36CUs only. No one has expected such a high boost.30% raw performance boost is underwhelming, its either not taking full advantage in boost mode or bandwidth limitation
Yeah but if 30% raw power advantage is also in patched games its not good for 4 years newer 800 euro no disc consolePS5 codes were expected to use 36CUs only. No one has expected such a high boost.

Sure, but the complete 16:9 resolution is 2160p, and that is upscaled from 1080p with DLSS performance.I disagree. I commonly use DLSS performance on my 3840x1600 monitor from 2-3ft away and it generally looks excellent IMO. That's an 800p input resolution.
