They had a leaked spreadsheet with dates for PSN release. I remember the spreadsheet saying Wipeout will be out in May. Don't know if the spreadsheet was fake or not.

This week's 1up show has a significant section on Wipeout HD for PSN, and they are very excited. Also, my hope and expectancy that sixaxis fits Wipeout perfectly seems to come true, as both Shane and Ryan, who aren't really well known for their sixaxis love (nobody at 1up is), were both really excited about it.

New footage! It's shaky cam, but still nice. Apparently there's a photomode you can activate at the end of races. The photomode isn't demonstrated, but you can see the "Press Select for Photomode" flash on the screen when the player finishes the track.

I had to close Firefox and open o'l Internet Explorer to view those clips...but damn was it worth it....man... and the sound...HOLY SH...

This is a must se. 1UP plays Wipeout HD with motion controls and are loving it. I am (was) really good at all the other Wipeout games with d-pad, now it seems i must learn to play this with motion control. I looks like it works really well even on the highest speed. And soo smooth compared to D-pad steering.

WipEout HD has yet to be released because of a "specific technical problem", but Sony hopes it will be out "before the end of the year".

Yeah, that's what I'd guess too - but it's because he said he couldn't go into details I'm extra curious.

If it is either online or Home (I doubt it's trophies) someone somewhere screwed up royally.
