Hmm, I finally got a chance to check out this song and I found it to be far too slow and sad (I know that was obviously its intention, but it just isn't for me). I guess Kickstart My Heart was just one of those one-in-a-thousand songs that for some reason I really like.

No, not degenerate crap like Final Fantasy (or any other crappy RPG or such), nothing from RPG's or the like either, and no full soundtracks. I collect individual things that I like. Like a select few tracks from Goldeneye 64, CnC Renegade, that sort of stuff.
Normal music (especially rock/metal/rap and such) just hurts my brain and makes me want to go on a murderous rampage. People who drive Holdens and run over pedestrians or cut you off in traffic or kill people listen to that kind of trash.

Orphaned Land - The Evil Urge
Death/Doom metal band from Israel. Awesome influences at work in this band, they have a heavily middle east inspired sound with amazing amounts of passion put into their music. I can't believe I did not pick up their albums earlier, astonishing work. I found out about them because Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree is going to be producing their next album, I can't wait to hear it... all this band needs to be one of THE best in death metal is good production and Steven can certainly bring that to the table.
