MS also needs to fix how regions are recognized in Live. All 50 States and Puerto Rico are recognized as part of the US, but for some reason Guam, a U.S. was left out.
I'm getting a message that I have to renew my Live account, but I can't input a credit card because it won't accept my Guam address as part of the U.S. I inputted an Hawaii address and thought it was resolved, but I got a message yesterday on Live that says it still could not be charged.
