Yeah, that would work. The only problem with Killzone 2 is that I'm not really sure everyone here has the DLC, so it's our best bet to just stick to 8 default maps.
I'll be online tomorrow @ 7h GMT+2, so we can play Killzone... or anything else you guys want to play. :)

SOCOM would be great with players who actually like to think a little bit, not just go guns blazing, but it seems that not many people here actually have it, so that's not an option...

    P.S.

Bailed on KZ2 - have a bar opening/birthday thing to go to. But it's incredibly fun! Amazing what a difference playing with people you "know" makes. Back on soon. And thanks to Phil for setting it up.

Send me an invite to the B3D room as well -- or is this patsu's room?

    Yes, it's that chat room.

    To recap...
Arwin created the first one but it had a different name. I created one with the "Beyond3D" name but the concept of XMB chat room has no master. Anyone can invite his/her friend in. What I like best is that the room's independent of the friends list. So there is theoretically no limit to the number of accepted players. The only limit is the 32 concurrent players.

    Hi everyone!

Yeah - it was fun indeed! Took a while until we finally got a game started and perhaps the hectic long game at Tharsis (KZ2) wasn't the best game to join, but with only 3 of us on, it would have been a bit quiet to set up a locked game...

It was at least a start though and it would be fun to get this going. I'll certainly try to log into the Beyond3d chat room a bit more often and see who's up for a few games. :)

The chatroom is usually the first thing I enter right after sign in.

Btw, who's Ygg ? (Can't remember full name).

I think betan has another lurker friend on B3D. He uses the room sometimes too ^_^

If there are warhawk matches going on this night I would be interested in joining... Though I'm rubbish at playing it =)

manux, I just sent you a friend invite. Once you accept it, I can send you the invitation to the B3D chatroom. After that you can delete me from your friends list if you want.

Few grace the chatroom these days but from time to time, people will gather there.

EDIT: Ahem, Phil's KZ2 party is in the room now.

I'd never used the chatroom before... (that's why I was asking whether we were gathering in Home)... incredibly useful.

I'll be around later today and if anyone's in the room I'll try to bully them into WH. If not I need to get better at KZ asap!

Wait... let me guess. Phil ?

I know deepbrown won't let anyone bully him but he doesn't impose his will on others too. At least not when I joined him briefly in LBP.

I have a feeling Phil loves KZ2 because he's bloodthirsty and loves to boss us around.
Okay kidding, he's a nice guy.

But yes, you do need a keyboard or keypad for the chat room. I'm chatting away with LordNerevar now... while waiting for Phil's KZ2 session to end. If we're in Home, we can also play mini-games while waiting. T_T

lol, bloodthirsty is a quite spot on actually...

I consider Helghan to be my second home.

It was fun last night and this afternoon, was a lot of fun fighting with a complete squad and winning some too. I know it's difficult for some that just started with KZ2, but playing together makes it all the more enjoyable.

I actually wouldn't mind playing a game of Warhawk sometime btw - when I bought it early last year, I was really excited about it. Being rather late to the party though, I had an awful difficult time getting used to the controls and the experience and became quite frustrated with it because I didn't seem to be making any progress.... but yeah, why not. :)

PS: Ygg, I think is a buddy of Eyes (JPT) who joined the room to get a party going last night (at 7 pm CEST, not much was going on). I'm not sure if he's registered here though...
