What's so negative about my statement? :p

You are. Go on now, you're making people misarable just by being here, like they are in the Console Forum. Go discuss how Microsoft will die or Nintendo will be blown away by... oh no u're the anti-Sony kind of guy...

On topic, I must say that the scenes in the Hulk when he's in the desert and fights with the tanks left me very wowed. When he's throwing them around like toys, you can see that it's not actually THAT easy for him, but pure brute force and strength really stood out...

ooooooo l-b is hot for the big green man ;)

You know what they say about steroids... Something has to shrink to make up for the extra blood needed elsewhere.

Well, that's not steroids, it's Gamma Rays!!! And he gets bigger and bigger the angrier he gets!!!

Ideal for you if he was a homphobe then, the more you wound him up the bigger he'd get. Wouldn't that be an ideal punishment for homophobes lol!

Mmmm to a certain point... i guess... :?

TRON had very little CG (it took longer by computer than to do it by hand :) )

Personally
The Last Starfighter for the asteriod scene (probably the first CG set)

Star Trek 2 Genesis effect was another indication of what was to come (including its bugs :) )

Also the oil painting scene in What Dreams May Come, for showing the photorealism is easy compared to non-photorealism.

That's probably because steroids increases testosterone which leads to agression.

In terms of wow factor, obviously T2.. At the time it was revolutionary.. The Abyss, which came before it was also pretty amazing at the time period.

I was never impressed by Jurassic park for whatever reason.

Nowdays, a few scenes in matrix 2 (when the ships are flying thruogh the tunnels in particular... I dont know how anymore lifelike you can make that) and LOTR. Star wars is ok, but not quite as good.
