They could at least have sent you the insulation bits that were missing, in addition to knocking off the price for screwing up your order AND forcing you to prove they screwed up. I assume you paid the money for the insulation in the first place because you wanted it...
Terrible customer service IMO, I wouldn't shop from those guys again, nor recommend them to anyone else...but that's just me.
