I guess that shows how much of a flop Titanfall is?

I wouldn't say that. That'd be like saying any game is a flop because you could occasionally get it on a Steam sale for 75% off (within the first year) the current MRSP. 5 USD is 75% off the 20 USD digital code for the game available at retailers.

On Amazon the 20 USD PC version is ranked number 6 for the month of November (18th console, 32nd PC for the all of 2014) for all video game products (consoles, games, gift cards, accessories). The only things ahead of it are 3 PSN gift cards, Smash Bros for Wii-U and Pokemon.

So not really a flop. As much as I'd love to see EA's Origin efforts fail so I can buy their software on Steam. It's doing pretty good.

Bought some games today. Shadow of Mordor was 33% off and I got another 20% from the discounted price with a help of a fellow countrymen, I got the premium edition with the season pass. Ryse was 25% off so got that as well and dirt cheap Castlevania Lords of the Shadow 1 and 2, got both for little over 10€

Basically beware any 3rd party "store" selling Steam games for really cheap. It's a good chance that many of them may have been "fraudulently" obtained and end up getting deactivated. I know a few people that this has happened to. Sucks to be them, but also sucks for the developers who got no money for those games that were purchased, either.

I only buy from places with a long history of only selling legit Steam keys. Like Amazon. :p

I think GMG (greenmangaming) is legit. Anyway, since Steam using local currency with a very generous currency rate, I never looked at another store again (well, GMG occasionally).

BEWARE OF G2A DIGITAL KEYS!

Ubisoft has said it is actively deactivating keys it believes were "fraudulently" obtained and resold via third-party websites.

It seems a number of affected customers used third-party website G2A to buy Far Cry 4 and Assassin's Creed: Unity.

Source: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2...bisoft-is-going-after-third-party-key-sellers

I bought my FARCRY 4 PC key from G2A, it was a global preorder key. In my experience, as long as you keep yourself away from keys that are regional locked outside your region, it should not be a problem.
Of course, there is keys that are used to '"wash" money or obtained by theft, those will be at risk, always.

How can the keys be so cheap? As i see it there are several reasons,
First, less profit.
Second, keys obtained through channels in countries where the price is simply lower. If you can buy 100 global keys in for example poland and sell them with a small markup, it is still profit.
3rd, keys bought during promotion sales etc, if i buy 100 keys when they are at 70% during a weekend sale at steam i can still make a profit eventhough i sell it at 50% after the weekend.
4rd, keys that comes from graphic cards, if i get a card with a game i already own, i might as well sell they key.

I am sure there is more ways, but that is just a few that i can think of.

Do all the games in that list require Origin? If so I'm not going to bother. Especially as the only game I'm interested in is C&C Generals with expansion pack just to replace the CDs that I have.

[edit] Hmmm, C&C Generals isn't available on Steam so it wouldn't have a key for that. So my interest is almost zero now.

Nope.
Some games you can play only in origin, but others you can play in both places (effectively earning you two copies of the game?).
Dragon Age Origins, Dead Space 2, Mass Effect 2 and Bejeweled can be played in Steam.

I've noticed a lot of times these bundles do indeed give you 2 copies of games, e.g. one on Steam and one on Origin.

And you can also claim both for the same game. I give away my Origin keys and claim the Steam keys.

Boo, already have the bioware games and dead space 2. Only game that might be worth it is PvZ, though, I doubt I'll have time for that now...

Damn, if C&C Generals + expansion had been available with Steam keys, I'd have gotten this in a heartbeat. The only other game in the list I'd be interested in is DAO and I already have that on Steam. Too bad DA2 and ME2 sucks donkey balls compared to the first one in each franchise.

ME2 sucks donkey balls? I really liked it even if the mining and switch to ammo clips were lame. I never managed to finish ME3 though.

Yeah, I hated the switch from first person RPG to first person shooter. And the fact that your character interactions with your crew no longer mattered. Treat them like dog feces up until you have to do their personal mission. Do the personal mission well and they'll absolutely love and adore you. Bleh.

I think you mean 3rd person?

Whoops, yup. First one was basically a point and click RPG where your character skills determined your success with actions, like combat. It just had a 3rd person view for the pointing and clicking. 2nd and 3rd games were solidly 3rd person shooters (where the player's skill is what is important and character development relatively unimportant) with a very light RPG veneer. So disappointing. Great for people that wanted a shooter. Sucked for anyone that wanted a relatively good RPG experience.

Mass Effect was awesome, ME2 sucked ass for all the reasons Silent_Buddha expressed so I never tried ME3. I did however enjoy the hell out of Dragon Age 2 even though I recognize why a lot of people hated it.
