Cool story, bro.And I'll also offer a Saints Row IV US key to the first guy making a post about how cool I am.
(short story: bought the key through Amazon US, can't use it in europe, already bought the game elsewhere anyway, forgot I even had it)
Cool story, bro.
That's as far as I'm willing to go.
Erm.. so no one wants a perfectly legitimate copy of borderlands 2 offered by me?
Oooh wait, Borderlands two??? I thought you only had SR4! I will love you long time for some Borderlands I just bought the first one a few days ago, and I do not yet own the second. Wanted to see what all the fuss was about, and so far I'm quite pleased with it.
Steam or GoG or?
You might as well use it now. I'm not a man of un-giving stuff
Did they alter the executables of those games to be playable in Windows 7/8 or do we have to take the chance that they won't run in modern computers?
As Albuquerque said, GoG uses DOSBox/Boxer/similar to make their games run on newer OSes. Each game page should say what OS they're compatible with. The only issue is that (some?) old games tend to max out a CPU core, which isn't great for laptops without further tweaking. Alpha Centauri pegs a CPU core at 100%, which means my Macbook quickly hits 90°C with Apple's fan profiles unless I use a process throttler.Did they alter the executables of those games to be playable in Windows 7/8 or do we have to take the chance that they won't run in modern computers?
