THQ pack for $25 is incredible value if you don't have most of the games already. Friend of mine got a nice xmas gift today :)

Got Dragon Age at Origin, been eyeing that game for a while.
Today's games at over 9GB really makes me realize how "slow" my current 8mbit connection is becoming though:cry: Retail is becoming more appealing to me due to that, but believe it or not, the majority of my games have been cheaper at retail than during the sales

I gorged on Steam sales again I think even more than last year. Now I have 22 games in my to-play list, so looks like my gaming for 2013 is all full up. Sleeping Dogs is just $17 today for anyone that didn't catch it. Was hoping to snag Xcom and Far Cry 3 for cheap as well but maybe too early for those.

Witcher 2 on sale today for $7.50, finally picked that up

So far this sale I've picked up

Amnesia Dark Descent
Skyrim Dawnguard + Hearthfire
Saints Row The Third
Sleeping Dogs
Driver: San Francisco
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood + Revelations
The Witcher 2

And gifted Walk Dead series, THQ pack and several other games to friends for xmas

That's enough to last me the next 6 months at least and will put me even further behind on my list of games to play on Steam from sales.

Steam sales are making me poor. Which isn't a good thing as 1. I will be emigrating next month and 2. Chances are I won't have a pc for the next 6 months so I can't even play them and I'm afraid my amd e450 laptop isn't going to run much.

So far I bought:
Batman pack
Darksiders pack
Torchlight II

In my basket:
Legacy of kain: soul reaver (yes! I bought the retail version years ago, when I was a kid. Never managed to finish the game but I loved the atmosphere and design. Always creeped me out. Retail version doesn't work properly on modern systems)
Bioshock pack
Witcher 2
Limbo
Dead pixels

Hmm I wonder if I should get those too. One of my all time favourite game series. The story really grabbed my attention.

I bought Just Cause 2 BTW after everyone raving how good it looks in 3D.

Well, I just bought the THQ pack and Prototype for myself, along with PuzzleQuest: Challenge of the Warlords and Oddword: Munch's Oddysee for a friend.

I am such a hypocrite for buying Prototype. :| I've been boycotting Activision for years after the Modern Warfare 2 debacle and a friend of mine who had quit one of their studios shortly before that calling Activision a place good games die(Paraphrased here, the exactly phrasing has been lost to the wind years ago).

Here's another hypocrite. <----- I felt really pissed off at the change in Steam terms of use, but what can a guy do...?

I haven't bought much this year. Not really seen any titles I'm interested in. Shopped the adopt-an-orphan DLC for Skyrim, haven't finished the Dawnguard pack yet, but what the heck. I was gonna buy this one anyway, even though I barely play Skyrim anymore these days.

Just bough GTA4, the complete edition 7.49$
And I could not help it I bough Immortal throne for Titan quest, I feel like I will lose my life to that one :)
The overall work made by the community is amazing, I still I've to go through a complete walkthrough but I'm already lurking at all the mod available. I'm willing to try the Diablo 2 mod for some reason :)

I bought Morrowind and Oblivion for a few quid each. Got both on disc somewhere but could be anywhere really. I find myself buying games on Steam that I already own quite a lot...damn them.

Sins of a solar: rebellion & XCOM for me. Pretty lame sale this year for me as I bought so many over the last two years. XCOM is great so far.

Doom 3 is $2.50 and Doom3+ROEvil for $3.50 !

Back in the day Doom 3 ran at barely 20 fps, dipping to even 8fps now and then, but I still thoroughly enjoyed the game. My question:

Should I buy Doom3 for cheap and use sikkmod for uber awesome gfx or should I get the BFG editionfor$15? Is there any advantage of buying BFG?

Bought Doom3+ROE pack. WIll use Sikkmod for uber awesomeness !

Should I get Far Cry 2? Are there any good graphical mods for it now? Cos I played it when it launched and those gfx don't look so good anymore !

Ive no idea, but if you've already played it get something else
just cause 2 is actually like fc2/3 but with added over the topness.... (and less brown in the case of fc2)

or how about gta iv its cheap now so is the witcher 2 and bioshock franchise £6.99 2hour 30 left so hurry if you want it
stalker clear sky £1.99

Already have Just Cause 2 on PS+, bought GTA complete pack last year in Steam Sale, Bioshock 2 is on PS+ next month, Bioshock 1 needs my attention , yes. As for Stalker, I don't have that kindof gaming time anymore, I enjoyed, Shadow of Chernobyl immensly, but then those were the days od dedicated gaming.

Any idea, whats coming up next on sale?
