Yeah I've been waiting for Two Worlds to go on sale since it was released, it never dropped below $49. At $18 I bought myself and my wife a copy.

That Assassin's Creed pack for $28 is really enticing.... 4 hours to decide.

I lost interest in Vietnam pretty fast. But I only paid $30 for the full game and $15 for Vietnam, so that's only $45 for the 200+ hours of enjoyment DICE has given me :)

Considering Two Worlds II as well. Some people said bad things about it, any good comments? Is it worth that money?

So far I've only spent maybe 30 minutes with it, and I'm still in the beginning tutorial areas. It's definitely pretty, but one major gripe I have is that since I reconnected my 360 controller for AC: Brotherhood, Two Worlds 2 defaults to it and doesn't give the option to revert to mouse/keyboard controls. Very annoying.

I purchased Two Worlds II the other day and I must say its quite enjoyable. In terms of gameplay its a tad clunky and not quite up to the polish of The Witcher 2, but still great fun and challenging. There is a definite whiff of Gothic III about it. There is plenty of dialogue and cutscenes althoughit might be a bit much for most people. The DX10 engine is the highlight though, with some amazign lighting effects, beautiful vistas and for us NVIDIA users its got a lot of Physx/CUDA going on in the background too, which combined with the DX10 AA are easily a match for many AAA titles. Stop being a tight-wad and give it a go!

I just purchased STALKER Call of Pripyat and Clear Sky in the sale for a combined £5.23! What an absolute steal!

Thanks for warning! I bought this game while it was on sale. Now I just need to get back home from delegation to try it out!

I also bought Clear Sky, missing piece of Stalker Trilogy!
Next step is to just win in Fridays Euromillions jackpot so I get some free time to play all these games :D (massive £166mil ).

missed out on the Doom 3 sale :( ! I have lost my disc and was really looking forward to buying it on the sale, but reached home too late.

Yeah I lost mine when I moved to the US so I was really happy to pick it up again, along with every other Doom in existence!

I bought Arma 2 compilation, Two Worlds 2 and ummm... Transformers War for Cybertron :) from Steam. Yesterday I also bought Portal 2 and Dead Space 2 from Amazon.uk.

Serious sam is the closest you can get to the good-old "Rambo" games where there were just you, tons of guns and huge hordes of enemies. There are tons of levels where you will kill >1k opponents even on easier settings. Also, those levels are also often huge in size and the boss enemies themselves are often big enough to fill big part of a level in some other games :)

Can't comment on PvP MP part much but it was pure awesomeness as co-op.
