I have had terrible mood swings the last 1.5 years. And my posting reflects my mood.

I realize that i have often acted like a complete asshole and general douchebag.

Im sorry to anyone i may have offended, im trying to work on it, but its not easy.

It does happen to all of us from time to time and in varying degrees. Good luck with it. I cannot claim terrible problems, but I am always very impatient and try to work on that as well.

I stopped smoking years ago mainly due to the fuzziness,lethargicness it produces.
It definitely induces mood swings in some ppl

yes same here, always the way, the most interesting thing from this site for a month + I miss it
