I'll try and get some tonight...however, Crush is not in his best form. He may have some eye infection as he has some "wetness" around them...being a "farm kitty", he hasn't had any vet visits yet. We're getting him checked out later this week.
Jack (our Son) has been talking about pets for a while, and we pretty much knew we were going to get a kitty or two at some point. (We don't have the time to care for a dog), and when we saw Jack (literaly) carry the kitty around for a day saying thing like "he loves me!", and the kitten putting up with it...we just had to take him.
This may be a touchy subject for real cat enthusiasts, but we're also probably going to go the "declaw and keep him inside" route. I don't like the idea of declawing...but also don't like the idea of shredding the leather couch, loveseat, and chair either. Since Sara and I both work, we're just not around enough to try to properly "train him" to not shred 'em to bits. And we'd prefer he has full reign over the house rather than keep him in the basement level.
We're also likely to get him a companion real soon.
