anyone know if there will be any raid cards for pci-e? Im sure there will be, but has anyone announced anything? Also any advantage of pci-e over current pci-x, for a raid card?

The bandtwith of 1x-PCI-E is 250MB/s, PCI-X 133MHz 64bit 1GB/s at 100MHz is is 750MB/s.

But you will see 4x-PCI-E (1GB/s) or even 8x-PCI-E (2GB/s) in servers and workstations (and later desktops).

250MB/s is fine for RAID 0 or 0/1. here is a link for a PCI-E raid card:
