Probably. I assume they aren't just handing them out to random readers.

They handed it out for LBP but only to EU guys...hence I wasnt able to get it.
Luckily for me I alwasy seem to get the beta codes from Gametrailers somehow.

No, afaik you don't need to be an insider, just have a regular account (you know the kind that allows you to post a comment). At least that's what it was last time I got a code from there. (And fwiw, I am in fact an IGN Insider)

Cheers arwin just got my code. You can sign up for a free account then and there and get the code. I signed up twice so i could get one for my brother aswel. Email address doesnt even need to be verified.
