PS3 demos and Questions about them?

Okay, there seems to be a debate about which is more powerful PS3 or Xbox360 in terms of Performance and Graphics and by how much more. Also, there seems to be a debate about whether the Killzone demo was real-time or not. Now i am so confused about what is what now. Can someone unconfuse me about which is the more powerful system in terms of graphics and performance and whether the killzone demo was real-time or not.

This has been discussed in numerous threads. By the way as a Sony insider surely you would know if KZ was pre rendered or not.
