Yeah i wondered the same thing too... Rayman was also on DVD i think......

It's weird. Some things that don't need it use DVD anyway, and some things use dual-layer unnecessarily as well. (Which for a while I thought was for more difficult copying, but then I see sequels to those very games come out on single-layer, so...?)

Guess it all depends on the publisher's habits and perhaps experimentation.
