I've been trying to dig around to find such, but I couldn't so I wonder if anyone could help me out here.
I remember seeing some nVidia quarterly reports which had different "sections" of company separated (like professional, geforce & tegra/chipset markets) as per profit/loss
I just want to double check, since I have distinct memory that the whole Tegra-project has been making loss all the time

It has a breakdown of their earnings and profits by department. They should file their Q1 2011 report soon so we'll get an update.
Hmh, there hasn't been a single update on nV site on the issue since 08/20/09, and that's no fiscal date either but actual date

Yeah FY 2011 should be released by Nvidia relatively soonish. Probably Feb.? Might also be March since their fiscal year starts in February. So FY 2012 starts next month for Nvidia. Still I think their report should only be delayed by about 2 weeks which would be roughly the middle of February.

But they haven't released even the last Q of 2009 or their fiscal year 2010, nor any of the quarterly 2010 reports, their fiscal year 2011
Must be a conspiracy! I bet they did some unethical document renaming!
However, after a long digging session, I found some info through this shady dealer.
(Edit: I wonder where you've been looking on Nvidia's site itself. It's all there under Investor Relations -> SEC Filings)

Yeah, it's odd that their Q3 FY2010 to Q3 FY 2011 still hasn't been posted to the quarterly reports list. You have to go to the SEC filings to find those. Someone isn't doing their job over there.

Really, though, I don't get why people* are saying both AMD and Nvidia are gonna die soon. AMD's got some rough as hell times up ahead, but I think they'll manage. Nvidia seems to have fixed its problems well enough to become successful as well.

Why even bring him to the subject? Charlie blatantly hates Nvidia, but it doesnt mean he is always wrong either, without him we probably wouldnt even know about bumbgate, etc.
That said, last year I made post about Nvidia's future (http://forum.beyond3d.com/showpost.php?p=1476337&postcount=2493), and while company isnt going under anytime soon, it will eventually, or will have to find niche market to survive.
All you did was predict failure in all their growth initiatives. That's a pretty arbitrary and baseless assumption.
Yes I am sure that Dell, HP, sony, and others would have just smiled and repaired a huge amount of laptops without going after nvidia for screwing up if it wasn't for our friendly super investigator that knows nothing.
Niche market?
Tegra 2 is the reference SoC for Google's Honeycomb tablets.
GPUs may not be Nvidias primary business in 5 years, that doesn't mean they are going under.

that is true but to make a competitive cpu on the high end with Intel, is going to be tough, but on the low end it would be much easier, and with Windows 8 being Arm compatible really helps nV out because they can also integrate a low power gpu with a low power cpu in the next two or three years with out too much difficulty.
How many millions of those tablets have they sold?
