As usual, great work...

Another great demo, Humus...I finally looked at the rollercoaster demo after I downloaded the water demo. Nothing but sweetness... :D

awesome

new record i get over 2000fps ;)

In a 160x120 window?

no fullscreen...eh when i look either at the sky or at the bottom ;)

it's actually up to 2500 fps , i have never seen such a high fps before ever 8)

when i look at the water , the fps is jumpy. It goes from something around 113 or so up over 2000 and back to 113 up,down,up,down and so on, strange

Indeed, but now everyone has access to drivers that support GLslang, so releasing a demo that uses it is no longer pointless. :)

bah i can beat that.

3000fps
:D

on an overclocked 9800pro. If I push the core too far though the water goes funny and the wierd thing is it gets very jerky fps (even when not looking at the water)

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance does something that looks just as good on the lowly PS2. I don't understand it...
A different way of doing it. I suspect that the PS2's implementation is more heavily software based.

I suppose it's more feasible to do stuff like this on the CPU on consoles where you don't have an AGP bottleneck to pass with texture uploads.
