I can't remember exactly what the film was like. I've already forgotten a lot but I like scenes like this.
Rouge One is the best "Star Wars film" in a long time.
I scratch my head at the newer Godzilla films. Haven't watched them. I remember the old Japanese films which I watched as a kid.
I guess with better digital effects they're revisiting them?
It's similar to superhero movies. Again, a lot of people have nostalgia for the superhero comics. Now with digital effects and huge budgets, it's drawing some of the best screenwriters/storytellers as well as big stars and many of the movies have been great.
But the sheer volume of superhero movies these days may be crowding out funding for other genres.

Every Amazon release I've seen so far has had over 40 subtitles included, I'm hoping it's just standard policy and they release it there with the subs.Will it have translated subtitles though?
Not sure if typical anime fansubbers would tackle something like this as a priority or not.
