Is this really the first Kinect 2 game release, what in the world did they think they were doing giving that the green light..

Sounds dreadful. This was supposed to be a 360 sequel but was pushed to XB1, right?

Microsoft are going to send 500 brand new preview Kinect 2 development kits to app creators, and apparently developers are very interested in the new Kinect. Kinect 2 will be available for the PC in 2014.

This is a good defvelopment. Look forward to seeing it available for PC, that seems to trigger the best stuff. Then hopefullyi some of that makes it back into Xbox One Apps/games.

Hopefully that will happen someday. I can seamlessly buy Windows 8 stuff and Xbox One stuff using the same account and I would like to have the option to use certain Windows 8 apps on the Xbox One.

I mean, having One as a multimedia machine which can also run Windows apps and play games, and also a WiiU or PS4 -well, this one is somewhat an all-rounder- as a console, 3DS, PS Vita, Ouya, whatever you fancy, seems like a good approach for the future.
