They didn't use 3GB for textures, also I would love to see a scene where texels were clearly visible.texture looks crappy for 3 gigs vram usage. Audio at 500+ mb, wow.
The volumetric scene at the end was pretty neat hopefully that makes it into game.

new screen of a helghast model

nice design, looks more agressive and oppressive than the basic helghast models from the previous games alhtough I don't like the all hoodie look, looks like a cross between vador and assassin's creed outfit lol
Looks like a pretty logical progression from how the Sniper's evolved over the years (I assume this is a sniper, as that's the one that had the Assassin's Creed style hood already in Killzone 3?)
Killzone is definitely going the colorzone route going by the general design , it looks beautiful and all but I still prefer the muted, gritty, oppressive atmosphere of Helghan in KZ2. The model looks very high quality for a NPC, guess we'll have to get use to the 40k poly, 6x 2k texture maps enemy character for nextgen .
I hope that we get at least both. The city is split in two parts, I hope that you visit the Helghan side of the city which should be more gritty and industrial.

But this one is set on Vekta isn't it? In the first KZ Vekta was a world of lush, cherry tree filled, parks, decayed urban docklands. Some sections were set on barren wind swept dunes and arid looking sun bleached foothills. I think they have lots of room to manoeuvre!
But I know what you're saying about the gritty atmosphere, perhaps, once the shooting starts, it'll get gritty pretty quickly.
