How to contact Sony for PSN game development.

Actually i m a software engg in South East Asian Country, to be precise in Australia. and i have developed few games in my undergrad studies as semester projects... although they are not very good but they can be improved and i was just wandering wot if i develop them for PSN...

I tried to search for Sony contact for Australia or South East Asia but haven't found one yet.. and there new developer here form look like for companies...

I had few questions and i wanted to ask them before getting registered as a new developer... So does anybody know where i can put my queries.? and any further guidance in this regard will be much appreciated.
