Fong Sai Yuk and Tai Chi Master are pretty good MA flicks. Especially FSY have some hilarious fight scenes, like fighting on top of heads of a crowd and stuff like that.

Edit: I think they are called The Legend and Twin Warriors in the US btw.

I suggest you watch the early Jackie Chan movies such as:

A) Zui quan (1978) (as Jacky Chan) .... Wong Fei-Hong
... aka Challenge (1978) (India: English title)
... aka Drunken Master (1978)
... aka Drunken Monkey in the Tiger's Eyes (1978)
... aka Eagle Claw, Snake Fist, Cat's Paw, Part 2 (1978)

B) Mad Mission series

or Yun-Fat Chow's films:

A)Lashou shentan (1992) .... Yuen (Tequila)
... aka God of Guns (1992)
... aka Hard-Boiled (1992) (International: English title)
... aka Hot-Handed God of Cops (1992)
... aka Ruthless Super-Cop (1992)

and finally a kung-fu splatter movie:

A) King of Strength (1991) (USA) (literal English title)
Li wang (1991) (China: Mandarin title)
Riki Ô (1991)
Story of Ricky, The (1991) (USA) (video title)

The last one is sooo badly made that it is hilariously funny. Watch this with some buddies and beer (optional)!

Shaolin Soccer is hilarious :D

I've watched it over 4 times and its the funniest film i've seen. Its about soccer and martial arts but I guess people who don't understand soccer (football) will like it too.

I wouldn't say Couching Tiger is hong-kong school. The production quality and script is too good. :)

Hong Kong school = Tsui Hark, Wong Kar Wai, Woo, etc Films with Maggie, Michelle, Hsu Chi, Jacky, Jet Li, Anita, Tony, Leslie, Chow Yun Fat, etc

My favorites:

(basically, anything with Jet Li except Black Mask and Hitman)
Tai Chi Master
Fist of Legend
My Father is a Hero
Fong Sai Yuk I & II
New Legend of Shaolin
The Protector
Iron Monkey
Wing Chun
Once Upon a Time series

Drunken Master II
Green Snake
Police Story
Rumble in the Bronx
Who am I

A Better Tommorow
Hard Boiled
Bullet in the Head

Infernal Affairs series
PTU
So Close
The Lion Roars
The Heroic Trio
