    After mumbles for years, Google are rolling out a trial for their game streaming service. Starts Oct 5th and into the US you can sign up here:

    Limited numbers, but you'll get to play AC: Odyssey for free.

    Not PC related , but the new Chromecast has a Bluetooth connection, so suspect this is a stress test for launching on that.

    What is the typical roundtrip network latency for these services?

    Depends where you live. Can be several days. :wink4:

    Interesting that they're targeting 60fps for ACO. A round trip should be longer than 16ms?

    Might be some overlap with technology from YouTube TV, which targets 60fps for every television channel.
