Mika Salo has been interviewed in his own stream, and he had some interesting things to say. Salo is working as a steward in F1 (not sure if he's in all the races, but anyway)
When asked about Kimi's and Alfa Romeos situation after disappointing season, Salo said they should be fine now when they get to use full power again.
According to him, Ferrari engines had less fuel to use than competitors last season as the penalty for the cheating shenanigans the season before. FIA never publicly told what they had agreed with Ferrari.

I watched just enough of Peter Windsor’s YouTube interview to hear Flavio Briatore say Alonso broke his two upper front teeth (around 3:16), but he should be good to go for the start of the season.

This isn’t the first time Salo’s let something slip.
Them refusing those vaccines won't get a single extra vaccine into the UK health system or make it any quicker.
If they instead would have taken the offer, it would have lifted them out from the UK health system vaccination pool, essentially making it quicker for others. Also them being vaccinated would make the whole circus less of a hazard zone.
It's just virtue signaling which helps no-one.

its enough that nations have given them lessened travel restriction
also bahrain could help nations who are struggling with vaccinations instead of giving it to some luxury sporting thing that doesnt really matter in the big picture
Yes, they could and should, but they're not. Instead they're offering this, and refusing it is just virtue signaling which won't help anyone.
